Location: 732 Merrick Dr.

The Sugar Creek community pool is available for residents and their families to enjoy during the pool season.

Pool Hours
Tuesday–Sunday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Monday: CLOSED

Pool wristbands are $75 per household, and association dues must be paid in full before wristbands can be issued.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.

 

Pool Parties

🎉 The pool is available for parties; however, pool parties are NOT private.

Residents may schedule birthday parties and other gatherings at the community pool. The pool will remain open to other residents during your party and cannot be reserved for exclusive use.

🌳 COMMUNITY PARK

Our community park is available for Sugar Creek residents and their guests to enjoy.

 

Birthday Parties at the Park

🎂 Birthday parties are welcome at the park; however, the park is NOT available for private rental or reservation.

Residents are welcome to have a birthday party or small gathering at the park, but use of the park remains open to other residents during your event. Reserving the park for exclusive use is not permitted.

📚 Little Library: Our Little Library is located at the front of the park. Residents are welcome to take a book or leave a book for a neighbor to enjoy!

 

🚓 NEIGHBORHOOD PATROL & HOUSE WATCH

Sugar Creek Homes Association is committed to helping keep our neighborhood safe.

 

Neighborhood Patrol

Sugar Creek has a dedicated neighborhood patrol vehicle and utilizes off-duty police officers to patrol throughout the community.

Our patrol officers regularly drive through the neighborhood to provide an additional presence and keep an eye out for suspicious or unusual activity.

 

🏠 Going Out of Town? Sign Up for House Watch!

Residents who will be away from home can take advantage of our House Watch Program.

When you notify us that you will be out of town, our neighborhood patrol is provided with your information and will make an effort to pass by your home more frequently and keep an extra eye on the property while you are away.

🔔 ALARM MONITORING

Sugar Creek Homes Association offers home alarm monitoring to residents.

Alarm monitoring is offered at no charge for homes with landlines. Wireless monitoring is available for an annual charge.

✍️ NOTARY SERVICES

Notary services are available free of charge to Sugar Creek homeowners.

Please call the office ahead of time at 281-491-8977 to make arrangements.

📬 MAILBOXES

To maintain a consistent appearance throughout the Sugar Creek community, all homes are required to have an approved mailbox provided through the Sugar Creek Homes Association.

Homeowners should not purchase or install their own replacement mailbox. The Association handles the entire replacement process, including:

• Removal of your existing mailbox

• Installation of your new mailbox

• Proper placement and setup

 

Mailbox Options

Residents can choose from two mailbox options:

Standard Mailbox — $220

Locking Mailbox — $200

Prices include removal of the existing mailbox and installation of the new mailbox.

To order a replacement, complete the “New Mailbox” form or contact the Sugar Creek Homes Association office at 281-491-8977 for assistance.

Please remember: Mailboxes must be ordered through the Association.
